One group stayed at the school to participate in a variety of cultural activities.
Another explored Dry Island Buffalo Jump alongside knowledge keeper Clare Butterfly.
And a third group hiked through the stunning Johnston Canyon, reflecting on the connection between land, history, and reconciliation.
Indigenous Land Based Learning

On Monday, our students had the opportunity to connect with the land and learn through powerful experiences rooted in Indigenous perspectives.



It was a beautiful fall day filled with meaningful learning, deep conversations, and a stronger connection to Indigenous history and truth.
